A later homepage broadened the account to international skills, entrepreneurship and labour-market questions. These changes are useful context for interpreting the domain’s old pages; they are not a basis for inventing a current consultancy practice.
What the current desk does
The present publication explains records and follows sources. It does not sell the historical services, maintain the former network or imply that an old partner will act for a current reader. The working note on document checks offers a more useful next step than an outdated enquiry form: identify the claim, its date and the institution that can answer the current question.
